GlobalPittsburgh Has Moved!

Happy New Year, friends!

Exciting things are happening at GlobalPittsburgh, and we want to share some important news with you. We are proud to announce that beginning January 1, 2016, G
lobalPittsburgh was invited to join The Global Switchboard as an anchor tenant, bringing the organization’s 56 years of expertise in forging connections between Pittsburgh and emerging leaders from around the world to the City’s vibrant Lawrenceville neighborhood.

GlobalPittsburgh’s staff and volunteers have begun the new year at the site, initiating a new phase of the organization’s history of promoting citizen diplomacy. The Global Switchboard is a co-working space and a growing coalition of Pittsburgh’s globally engaged social-profit organizations and individuals. It is Pittsburgh’s home for global engagement, a way to bring new resources to the city, and a space to cultivate new and innovative global ideas. Their coalition is comprised of members committed to one or more of the following: Socially Responsible International Development; Global Education In Pittsburgh and Abroad; and Community Empowerment. GlobalPittsburgh’s new relationship with The Global Switchboard extends its coalition to now include members committed to citizen diplomacy.

We will continue to implement our programs and services at our new address on 305 34th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201. Our email addresses and phone number remain the same.
